The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED.  The Mayor, informed the members the membership of the Committee be confined to the Blanchardstown-Mulhuddart/Castleknock/Ongar Electoral Area.

It was proposed by Councillor E. O’Brien, seconded by Councillor T. Kitt:

“That Councillor JK Onwumereh be appointed to the BASE Enterprise Centre.”

It was then proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly, seconded by Councillor M. Quinn:

“That Councillor Breda Hanaphy be appointed to the BASE Enterprise Centre.”

It was then proposed by Councillor P. Quinlan, seconded by Councillor E. Troy:

“That Councillor Patrick Quinlan be appointed to the BASE Enterprise Centre.”

The Mayor then instructed that a roll call vote be taken and on a division the voting resulted as follows:
