“To ask the Chief Executive to report on the viability of providing insurance cover for Tidy Towns and Community Groups who are members of the Council’s PPN as this insurance would cover low risk activities such as planting and litter picking and would allow these groups carry out community work which provides a significant cost saving to the Council without the burden of fund raising for insurance?”
