"Fingal County Council opposes the Land Development Agency Bill as we as a Council believe the Bill is fundamentally flawed. The Land Development Agency will erode local democracy and further undermine FCC’s ability to deliver social and affordable housing on public land. We call on the Chief Executive to write to the Minister for Housing Darragh O’Brien expressing our concerns at the Land Development Agency Bill."
