“That the Chief Executive provide a detailed independent report prior to the application or applications of any planning permissions sought for coastal protection measures so as to evaluate and examine the scientific advice as well as carrying out a risk assessment on advice received to date from consultants advising on coastal erosion measures of which implementation of same is not recommended along the coastal areas of Fingal”.

The motion, in the name of Councillor B. Dennehy was proposed by Councillor B. Dennehy and seconded by Councillor S. Ó Rodaigh.
