“To ask the Chief Executive if Coffee Carts which were established during the pandemic could be allowed to continue to operate in car parks for the duration of the pandemic as these carts offer recreation outdoors for people and have provided jobs and a public service during one of our worst times of crisis and that there should also be a policy on this which covers the entire County not applying different rules in different areas?”
