“That this Council declare Fingal as an LGBTIQ Freedom Zone, following the European Parliament's declaration for the European Union of 11 March 2021, and commit to public policies promoting and protecting LGBTIQ rights on the one hand, while explicitly sanctioning/rejecting structural discrimination mechanisms and that this Council agree to fly the Rainbow Flag outside County Hall, Swords and Civic Offices, Blanchardstown during Pride Month.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor R. O’Donoghue was proposed by Councillor R. O’Donoghue and seconded by Councillor S. Ó Rodaigh.
