“That the Chief Executive will in the interests of pedestrian safety advise the position and proposed solution/timelines in providing a safe footpath on Seamount Road from Knockdara to Jameson Orchard, Malahide.”

The Motion, in the name of Councillor A. Lavin, was proposed by Councillor A. Lavin and seconded by Councillor E. O’Brien.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following discussion, the report was NOTED.  It was further AGREED that this matter would be brought as a Headed Item to the June meeting of the Committee.
