Bicycle Parking Standards

 

That the following be added to DMSO113: bicycle parking will meet quality standards to be designated by the Council either by reference to existing standards such as that in Dún Laoghaire Rathdown, the Standards for Public Cycle Parking produced by the Cycle Rail Working Group in the UK or similar.
