That the Draft Fingal County Development Plan 2023-2029 include provision for a 4.05 ha/10 acre area of land within Howth Estate (as outlined in Red on the attached map) to be zoned from ‘HA-High Amenity’ to ‘RS–Residential’ to provide for an Integrated Retirement Community/Senior Living development, including affordable and social housing for seniors.
