Howth Estate
That the Draft Fingal County Development Plan 2023-2029 include
provision for a c. 2.6 ha/6.5 acre area of land within Howth Estate
(as outlined in Red on the attached map) to be rezoned from
‘HA - High Amenity’ to ‘RS –
Residential’ to provide for affordable and social family
homes.
