Lands Thormanby Road Howth

That Fingal County Council resolve that the land off The Thormanby Road, Howth as outlined in red on Map attached, nestled in a hollow with houses built on three sides be Zoned Residential RS for four houses .

Rationale: To provide much needed homes in the Howth Malahide Area.

The remainder of the land as highlighted yellow on the same map be gifted to the Fingal County Council within ninety days of the plan being adopted for public amenity use together with two separate grants of Right of Way to and from the public road.
