Retaining Zoning on the RU Lands at Thomastown

To maintain the RU zoning on the lands located at Thomastown, Loughshinny (see attached map). The proposed rezoning within submission FIN-C453-761 is laid out in a fashion that does not adequately reflect the proposed aims of the Fingal Development Plan 2023 – 2029, with the major emphasis and stated goals of placemaking and developing a strong and vibrant rural community as well as urban and rural clusters towns and villages.
