Retain Data Centres as not Permitted Within the HT (High Technology) Zoning Objective

Justification

As acknowledged in Section 7.5.1 and Section 14.15.3 data centres generate low intensity employment while encompassing extensive spatial and resources consumption. In light of this, data centres should be retained to the not permitted zoning objective of HT. This designation will bolster the objectives stated in DMS094 and EEO12 while retaining the vision of this zonal designation as an exemplar of sustainable design.
