"That this Council recommends, that Fingal Council sets about a plan to develop its own independent sustainable energy supply in collaboration with a suitable experienced energy partner, noting that some larger energy users are setting out on that strategy taking into account the ongoing energy crisis and the rise in energy costs to Fingal County Council from approximately €4 million cost to a projected €8.5 energy cost.”
