“To ask the Chief Executive, following another successful and busy summer season across all beaches in Fingal, what learnings came from this year and what measures are been taken for next year under the following headings:- Beach cleanliness, Life guard provision, Visitor numbers; Incidents of dog fouling Incidents of horse fouling; Water quality, Environmental management; Public Toilets, Supply of drinking water and availability of Public Shower facilities?”
