“To ask the Chief Executive, with regard to the commitments contained in our Biodiversity Plan, what stage is the Council at regarding the resources needed to implement this ambitious plan and can she provide an update on the recruitment of two key posts,  1. Executive Biodiversity Officer; 2. Marine Biodiversity Officer, have these posts been filled and if not what is the timeline for the recruitment of these two key positions which are critically important and an integral commitment within the Biodiversity Action Plan for Fingal?”
