“That the Chief Executive provides an explanation of Fingal's housing and population projections, and for reforms and changes to be investigated into the impact of undeveloped land zoned for residential development (RA, RS, TC, MC, etc.,) on housing and population projections, land zoned for housing, or land with an approved planning application with no intention of construction has a negative impact on regional housing and population projections, an investigation into methods to determine the impact of these issues can provide clearer and more accurate data.”
