“To ask the Chief Executive if the concept of a food forests, essentially, edible parks, that grow large and small trees, vines, shrubs and plants that produce fruits, nuts and other edible products has been evaluated for inclusion in Fingal, will she consider a pilot scheme, potentially in Swords?”
