“To ask the Chief Executive to outline the procedure for managing green waste in public areas, residents are being told the Council no longer supports the removal of green waste from public areas, how are resident groups to manage green waste they have cleared from public parks and roads, leaf mould cages while welcomed, they require management and are not the answer in all cases?”
