Meeting: 09/10/2023 - County Council (Item 363)

Councillor P. Mulville - Queries from Homeless Support Workers on behalf of clients

“To ask the Chief Executive if there is a dedicated staff member/point of contact/phone number/e-mail in the Housing Department, who deals with queries from Homeless Support Workers across Dublin and who can respond in a swift and timely manner to their queries on behalf of homeless clients; and if not, can consideration be given to putting this in place, as feedback from some of these workers and their service users suggest that this Council is least responsive to such queries, out of the four Dublin Local Authorities?”
