“That the Chief Executive conducts a review of the dog runs in Fingal with a view to their size, the ground surface, access paths, access to water, access to bins, maintenance plans and facilities for dog owners such as adequate seating, as parks with dog runs have no off leash times for dog owners, it is vital that dog runs are as accessible as possible for dog owners, many of whom have no alternative other than to use them, if they wish to give their dogs a run.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor A. Donnelly was proposed by Councillor A. Donnelly and seconded by Councillor B. Hanaphy.

Following discussions, the report was ACCEPTED.
