“That the Chief Executive provide a report, in tabular format, on the number of childcare / crèche facilities in this Council’s administrative area which have been granted planning permission, but not yet either commenced, completed or operational, including the location of same and the relevant planning reference; and outline the steps being taken to address the matter given the very pressing need for these facilities for our communities.”
