“To ask the Chief Executive to outline the process in relation to occupants in Council properties in this Local Electoral Area who have previously applied to be added to a tenancy, who have not received a response and are paying rent, if the tenant passes away and they are subsequently advised that the application has been unsuccessful as there are adult children who have lived all their lives in Council properties who are not on the tenancy and when their parent(s) passes away what happens to them and will the Council evict occupants in these cases?”
