“That the Chief Executive outline her plan to retrospectively implement the application of the "Inclusive, Accessible and Equitable Play for All" section of the Space for Play - A Play Policy for Fingal, given that this section states that "central to this policy is the recognition that all children have a fundamental right to play and to enjoy an equitable quality of experience of play, from this understanding stems the guiding principles of best practice that all play spaces within Fingal should be implement".
