The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED. 

It was proposed by Councillor J. Humphreys, seconded by Councillor J. Walsh:

“That Councillor Mary McCamley be appointed to the St. Margaret’s Liaison Group.”

It was then proposed by Councillor J. Burtchaell, seconded by Councillor D. Mulligan:

“That Councillor Dean Mulligan be appointed to the St. Margaret’s Liaison Group.”

Following discussion, Councill M. McCamley withdrew her nomination.

The Mayor then DECLARED Councillor Dean Mulligan to be appointed to St. Margaret’s Liaison Group.
