“In view of the increasing number of incidents involving scramblers in Fingal, to ask the Chief Executive to raise a "red alert" with An Garda Síochána and all relevant department heads to expedite action on the registration and regulation of the use of scramblers and scooters to mitigate the recklessness and danger scramblers and scooters constitute on our roads, parks and other public spaces.”

The motion, in the name of Councillor JK. Onwumereh, was proposed by Councillor JK. Onwumereh and seconded by Councillor M. McCamley.
