The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was CONSIDERED.  

It was proposed by Councillor B. McDonagh, seconded by Councillor K. Dennison and RESOLVED:

“In accordance with Section 4 (3) of the Local Government (Audit Committee) Regulations 2014, it is hereby resolved that Noel O’Connell, Chris Harmon, Alison Byrne, Anne Carter are appointed as the external members of the Audit Committee.”
