The motion, in the name of Councillor P. Quinlan was proposed by Councillor P. Quinlan and seconded by Councillor G. Sheehan.

Following discussion, the Mayor instructed that a roll call vote be taken and on a division the voting resulted as follows:

It was NOTED that, while 37 Members were entitled to vote, eight of these Members were absent from the meeting.

The Mayor then DECLARED the Motion FAILED.
