"To ask the Chief Executive to provide a report on how many private housing estates, where Fingal County Council owns properties, are managed by a Management Company providing the percentage of ownership this Council holds in each company and include in the report how many Annual General Meetings (AGM) of these management companies has the Executive attended in the last five years, either directly or through appointed representatives, what is this Council's policy when exercising its voting rights at these AGMs, particularly concerning issues such as service charges, maintenance standards, and governance, does the Council collaborate with Approved Housing Bodies (AHB) when voting at AGMs, in how many companies, if any, do this Council and AHBs combined hold more than 50% of the voting share?”
