“That the Chief Executive initiate the development of an Autism Friendly County Strategy, supported by a steering committee and guided by the input of autistic people and their families.”

Amended motion to read:

“That the Chief Executive initiate the development of an ‘Autism and Neurodiversity County Strategy’, supported by a steering committee and led by autistic and neurodivergent people, their families, carers, and service professionals.”

Following further discussions, the amended motion was AGREED.
