“As per the Motion agreed at the December Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords Area Committee Services B Meeting and with the agreement of the Mayor, that the Chief Executive arrange for an evening reception, after a future Area Committee Meeting, to acknowledge the fantastic achievement of Swords Tidy Towns, with the help of Fingal County Council, in winning their first ever gold medal after six years of winning silver medals, Swords Tidy Towns, in their twentieth year of existence, were also Highly Commended in the EPA Circular Economy Award category.”

The motion, in the names of Councillors D. Butler, J. Smyth, D.J. Kelly was proposed by Councillor D. Butler and seconded by Councillor J. Newman.

Following discussions, the motion was AGREED.
