“That this Council calls on the Minister for Health to implement the World Health Organisation (WHO) Intersectoral Global Action Plan on Epilepsy and other neurological conditions, that an implementation plan be developed by the Department of Health and that action is taken on Epilepsy Ireland's specific priorities within this plan.”
