"To ask the Chief Executive given recent reports that the  Oak View Group (OVG) has engaged with Fingal County Council regarding the potential development of a large-scale music and entertainment venue in Dublin, can she clarify: 1. the nature and extent of any engagement between Fingal County Council and OVG, including any meetings, correspondence, or preliminary site discussions that have taken place;  2. whether the Council has been approached regarding potential sites within Fingal for such a venue, and if so, whether any specific locations have been identified or assessed; 3. whether the Council has assessed the economic and cultural implications of such a venue, including potential benefits for local businesses, public transport requirements, and competition with existing venues?”
