The Motion in the name of Councillor C. Boland was proposed by Councillor C. Boland and seconded by Councillor A. Donnelly.

Donal Farrelly, Senior Executive Planner, Planning and Strategic Infrastructure, gave a presentation to Members on Marine Planning and a discussion followed with the Members. Councillor C. Johnson wanted it noted in the minutes, the concern of this SPC over people losing their homes and the impact this is having.
