“That the Chief Executive consider including Red Arches Road in the 30km/h review as this road, whilst not in a residential area, is unique in that it runs between north and south parts of the Racecourse Regional Park and this means that significant numbers of vulnerable road users, including children, will be crossing from amenities in the north of the park to the south on a regular basis.”

The attached motion, in the name of Councillor J. Hopkins was proposed by Councillor J. Hopkins and seconded by Councillor C. Haughey.
