“That the Chief Executive circulates to councillors the recent letter from the Minister for Housing, Local Government & Heritage regarding the possible zoning of lands for residential homes in Fingal and report as a result of the communication, what role the Elected Councillors will have in that process formally or informally as in briefings, or make submissions, a statement on the matter.”
