“That the Chief Executive investigate alternatives (e.g. State Claims Agency) to the private insurance model whose restrictions are preventing public access to the Council owned facility, Porterstown Sports Hub.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor J. Burtchaell was proposed by Councillor J. Burtchaell and seconded by Councillor H. Redwood 

The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was considered.

Following discussion, the Committee ACCEPTED the report.
