“That the Chief Executive request the relevant department to install a Town Notice Board on behalf of the Swords Tidy Towns group in an appropriate central area of the town.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Smyth was proposed by Councillor Smyth, seconded by Councillor Mulligan. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED.
