“That the Chief Executive defers any aspect of the R132 connectivity project which involves alterations to use of its lanes (e.g. reducing the number of lanes which can be used by private vehicles) until such time that the Metro project construction commences, this is in light of announcements made by the Minister of Transport of the increased costs and delays to the Metro project which could jeopardise its completion.”
