“That the Chief Executive undertakes a review of rural crossroads in this Local Electoral Area with a view to deploying the type of technology that is used with Vehicle Actuated Signs to highlight and enhance road signage visibility in advance of a junction by mounting it on a background that flashes when a vehicle approaches.”
