“That the Chief Executive set up a Balbriggan Beach Management Team as soon as possible, set out the terms of reference and invite all relevant stakeholders to engage in a new process which will deliver an action plan to create a beach environment that all stakeholders and beach users would be proud of.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Murphy was proposed by Councillor Murphy, seconded by Councillor Maguire.
