“That the Chief Executive bring a report on any future proposals to remove or relocate public seating benches, at locations across the Balbriggan/Rush-Lusk/Swords area, including the background/justification for the proposed removal/relocation of seating and the report to be for the consideration and approval of the Elected Members.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Mulville was proposed by Councillor Mulville, seconded by Councillor Mulligan. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Following discussion, the Committee NOTED the report.
