“To ask the Chief Executive if the installation of a pedestrian crossing between the Applewood Community Centre and the newly opened stretch of road is due to be completed prior to the taking in charge process, or whether such a crossing was ever included in the approved plans, if it was not, will the Executive consider including it in a future Programme of Works to improve road safety for residents and school children in the area?”
