“That this Area Committee requests the Chief Executive to liaise with local councillors to develop and implement a revised access strategy for the Old Brackenstown Road entrance to the Ward River Valley Regional Park, in consultation with residents, including consideration of a pedestrian path along the tree verge inside the green space, whilst creating pedestrian access in line with the proposal at the entrance/exit adjacent to the roundabout.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor L. Corkery was proposed by Councillor D. Mulligan and seconded by D. Butler.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was read and CONSIDERED and following discussion the report was ACCEPTED.
