“That the Chief Executive, noting the rapid expansion of unregulated drone delivery services in this Local Electoral Area and the disturbance it creates for residents and wildlife, requests that the Planning Department presents a report regarding the National Policy Framework for Unmanned Aircraft Systems and its implications for Council policy and local residents.”

The Motion in the name of Councillor H. Redwood was proposed by Councillor H. Redwood and seconded by Councillor J. Walsh.

The report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED and following a discussion the Motion was AGREED.

A further discussion took place and it was agreed by the members to bring the Motion back as a Headed Item at the next Area Committee Meeting.
