“That the Chief Executive makes contact with the developer of the former Lord Mayor’s site requesting that they maintain this site, to limit the impact on adjacent roads and pathways, as currently there are a number of overgrown trees/bushes protruding on public paths and local residents report infrequent sweeping of the surrounding roads.”
