“That the Chief Executive place reflective road studs (cat’s eyes) on regional and local roads in this Local Electoral Area, where public lighting is not available as a safety measure for the public.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor Kelly was proposed by Councillor Kelly, seconded by Councillor Newman. 

The attached report by the Chief Executive, which had been circulated, was CONSIDERED. 

Following discussion, the Committee NOTED the report.

In the absence of Councillor Kelly the following Motion in the name of Councillor Kelly is to be MOVED and listed on the Agenda for the next Balbriggan / RushLusk / Swords (Services A – Operational Matters) Area Committee Meeting to be held on 13^th November 2025.
