“That this Committee supports the erection of a monument at The Hand, Donabate to honour and commemorate the men and women of Donabate and Portrane who took part in the 1916 Rising and that this proposal be advanced through the Naming and Commemorative Committee in line with the Council’s objective in the Donabate Framework Plan, to be provided within the first 12 months of the adoption of the plan.”
