“That this Local Area Committee, noting repeated excessive speeding and safety concerns to pedestrians, recommends the immediate installation of physical traffic calming measures (speed bumps, ramps, or raised tables) outside Mary Mother of Hope National School and the local shops on Deerhaven Avenue, and that the Chief Executive provide a timeline for same.”

The attached Motion in the name of Councillor P. Quinlan was proposed by Councillor P. Quinlan and seconded by Councillor G. Sheehan

The attached report by the Chief Executive which had been circulated was considered.

Following discussion, the Committee ACCEPTED the report.
