“That the Chief Executive provides a report on the cause of the recent flooding and lack of drainage on Station Road, Portmarnock during the recent heavy rainfall and what can be done to reduce or prevent this in the future?”

The motion, in the name of Councillor C. Haughey was proposed by Councillor C. Haughey and seconded by Councillor B. McDonagh.

The report was read into the record by James Culhane, Senior Executive Engineer.

Following discussion, James Culhane agreed to liaise with The Stormwater Section and Building Control to discuss this.
